I noticed you can do a large variety of workouts with the TriGlyde compared to an ab roller.
You can train more muscle groups, whereas with an ab roller you are limited.

I like the flat inserts better because it was much easier to maneuver.
I really like the joystick insert as i felt more of a burn & more of a test. Forcing me to use more of my core.

I like the exercises with my feet in the hole of the TriGlyde.
